Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken & A Sunday Reflection.
Total time
- 1 package boneless chicken breasts (3 large)
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 28oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- juice of ½ lime (optional, but I love the limey flavor!)
- Place onion in bottom of the slow cooker, add the chicken, and pour the lime juice and crushed tomatoes on top.
- Add all the seasonings, and mix everything to combine.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- With two forks shred chicken breasts and mix well.
