{100 Calorie} Grain-Free Nut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1 cup natural nut butter (cashew, almond, peanut, or a mix of all three!)
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- ½ cup dairy free dark chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl mix together all ingredients until well combined.
- Scoop about a tablespoon amount of batter and roll into a ball, place on the cookie sheet and press with a fork.
- Repeat until all the batter is used. Makes about 18 cookies.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool completely, then enjoy!
